Return Policy
At our Print Your Day, we pride ourselves on offering a unique print-on-demand service that creates custom products tailored to each order. This bespoke approach ensures that every item is crafted specifically for the customer who ordered it. As a result of this personalized production process, we have established a specific policy regarding returns and exchanges.
We understand that occasionally, issues may arise with the products received. In cases where a product arrives damaged or exhibits a manufacturing defect, we are committed to resolving the situation promptly. If you encounter such an issue, we offer a complimentary reprint or a full refund, provided you contact our customer service team within 30 days of the product's delivery date.
To initiate this process, we kindly ask that you submit a clear, high-quality photograph depicting the problem through our dedicated "Submit issue" form.
It's important to note that refunds are processed to your account balance within our system. From there, you have the option to withdraw the funds back to your original payment method. However, if your selected billing currency is not in United States Dollars (USD), please be aware that the refund will be directly returned to the original payment source.
In situations where multiple products featuring the same design are affected by an issue, we require additional documentation. Specifically, we ask for a photograph or video that captures all affected items within a single frame. This comprehensive visual evidence allows our team to accurately assess and address the situation.
We want to emphasize that our policy does not cover instances where a customer has ordered the incorrect size or color. In these cases, we are unable to offer reprints or refunds.
Additionally, in the event of an unsuccessful delivery, we provide two options: you may choose to have the item reprinted for an additional charge, or you may opt for a partial refund.
For our Direct-to-Garment (DTG) products, we maintain a print placement tolerance of 0.5 inches. This means that minor variations in print positioning within this range are considered normal and will not be classified as defects.
By implementing these policies, we aim to balance our commitment to customer satisfaction with the unique nature of our print-on-demand business model. We believe this approach allows us to continue offering personalized, high-quality products while maintaining fair and transparent practices for all our valued customers.
